Customer satisfaction is highly valued at Custom Patches Experts. Each order is custom-made according to the design and orders given by the customer. Our patches are custom-made. This means our policy on returns, refunds, and replacements is simple. Here is the policy that you will need to carefully look at before making your order.

Custom Product Policy

Each patch sold on our site is customized to the client. They are made based on the artwork. Before production starts, we also consider the size, colors, backing type, and other agreed details. Once production starts, we cannot accept returns on custom products. This is because they personalize it. Changes in mind or preference aren’t allowed. Customers need to check their design proofs. They should also review their order details. Finally, they must approve everything.

Order Approval Responsibility

Before the patch is made, customers may receive a design proof. They might also get an order confirmation with the patch details. The customer should check the design and spelling. They should also look at the colors. Finally, check the size and position of the elements. There might be no room to make changes after the evidence is passed and production is underway. Custom Patches Experts won’t offer their services. This applies when the customer has reviewed and approved errors at the proof stage.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

We can provide a replacement or a refund situation after perusing and analyzing the information.

Replacement Policy

If there’s a mistake in production, the patches may not match the approved design. In that case, Custom Patches Experts will replace them. This is free of charge. The customer will get a new order at no cost. Correctional orders are sent out as replacement orders in our usual production schedules. It’s important to note that color variations, stitching, or texture can change a bit. This is due to how patches are made and how screens display them. Minor deviation is not regarded as a production defect.

Refund Eligibility

Sometimes, refunds can be given. This happens if an order is wrong or if there’s a production error that can’t be fixed. Refund requests are evaluated on an individual basis.  If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, if possible. The shipping fee is not reimbursable unless the problem was caused through our fault.

Order Cancellations

The cancellation of orders can be done at the time of pre-production. In case you want to cancel your order, it is better to address our support team immediately. If production has started, you can’t cancel it. Work and materials might already be underway.

Shipping Issues

Custom Patches Experts has no responsibility in case of delays that are created due to shipping carriers, customs clearance, and wrong shipping addresses in the checkout. If a package is lost or damaged during transport, please contact us for help with the transport company.
